This website is an independent visitor guide. Tour links go to GetYourGuide, where any booking is made. Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you book through one of them we may earn a commission, and the price you pay is the same. We help you choose a tour, but we do not sell or operate any tour ourselves. Every tour is run by an independent local operator, and the operator’s name appears on each listing.

By following a booking link you leave this site; the booking is made with GetYourGuide under its terms and the operator’s.

Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are processed and fulfilled by GetYourGuide and by the tour operator.
  • By completing a booking, you agree to GetYourGuide’s terms and the operator’s policies: GetYourGuide General Terms and Conditions.
  • Booking confirmations and vouchers are issued by GetYourGuide.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are set by GetYourGuide and the operator and are shown on each listing before you pay.

To cancel or modify a booking: contact GetYourGuide, using the details in your booking confirmation email.

Prices Shown on This Site

Prices, ratings and review counts on this site are copied from the listings, with the month they were checked next to them. Operators change prices by season and by date. The price you pay is the one GetYourGuide shows at checkout. Entrance fees quoted from the managing bodies are in Vietnamese dong and can change.

Tour Operator Responsibility

  • The tour operator (not this website) is solely responsible for:

    • Running the tour safely and as described
    • The guides, the buses, vans and drivers, the rowing boats on Trang An and Tam Coc, any cycling, and the meals
    • Weather and flood decisions, cancellations and changes
    • Passenger safety and insurance
    • Handling complaints or problems during the tour

  • In bad weather, when high water closes the boat routes, or for safety reasons, the operator may cancel, reschedule or change a tour. Refund or new-date options follow the terms shown on the listing you booked.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • This website is a visitor guide that refers you to GetYourGuide. We are not liable for:

    • Tour quality, safety, or the accuracy of descriptions
    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during a tour
    • Cancellations, delays, or changes made by operators
    • Disputes between customers and operators

  • The day tours travel by road, climb about 500 stone steps at Mua Cave, ride small rowing boats through low caves at Trang An or Tam Coc, and may include cycling. Everyone takes part at their own risk and must follow the guide’s and the boat rower’s safety instructions, and keep to the rules of the World Heritage area and the temples and pagodas visited.

  • The operator’s own liability terms apply as stated in its booking conditions.

Tour titles, descriptions, images and prices come from GetYourGuide and the tour operators. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
